The hotel was a beautiful historical property that is illustrated on the walls. The room was lovely and so spacious, fantastic towels and extras. The hotel is set in the center of the village over looking the church which I could see from my window. The facilities downstairs were great with a function room and restaurant. Breakfast was really nice with brilliant coffee. I felt very welcomed both me and my little dog who was able to sit with me at breakfast. Love to come again and would definitely recommend it.

Market town with lots of different shops and a weekend market. Very quiet.
Well connected by train. Even rail-replacement service worked well.
Boston (UK) Marathon takes place there and it’s a nice route if the weather is good. Favourite restaurant Taan Thai.

Boston has gained a bad reputation, partly because of bad spins in the press and partly because of some negative locals. I grew up there and it isn't significantly worse that it was in preceding decades. Like all small (and not so small) towns it has been hit by the problems with high street shopping trade, but it remains a pretty historic town with some good attractions and the surrounding landscape is unique in this country - not the typical go-to destination countryside, but definitely worth a look if you haven't been before. Prepare to be surprised and ask the locals to reveal the area's hidden gems.

We stayed here for one day.
We stayed here for one day. The Saturday market wasn’t very big and was made up of six stalls. Shops aren’t very exciting and are mostly charity shops and vape stores.
The coffee shops are nice and low cost.

Didn't have time to go into town but lots of supermarkets and shops near appletree site. Went to beaches, circus and funparks fabulous for families. All within 30 to 45 mins drive through beautiful countryside.
Stayed in Boston for the Marathon. Undoubtedly the best thing done by the owners was to keep bedrooms available on the day of the race to allow everyone to have a shower and refresh after the Marathon. That helped so much after the event. The room was very clean and comfortable and spacious enough for one night. The Tavern is located just a 2 minute walk to the start of the Marathon event. For your pre-race dinner, go to the wonderful Thai restaurant across the road called Taan Thai. Perfect for fuelling up with a tasty and nutritious meal.
Excellent location opposite the Famous Stump in Boston but right in the heart of the Town close to everything. Free parking too . A lovely touch was that it was my Birthday that day and I was actually there for the sad occasion of my friends funeral. Not sure if the hotel knew this but they upgraded me to their Mayfair Suite, which is very luxurious!. That was a fabulous surprise Birthday present. We ate in their Restaurant that evening and the food was plentiful and of very good quality. Loved it!
Fantastic location, surrounded by lots of open space/fields for us and our dog to enjoy.
Beautiful onsite pond covered in lilypads. Hot tub and sauna were a firm favourite, we made use out of these on 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed!
Great location for you to access local landmarks - we visited Tattershall Castle, Frampton Marsh, Gibraltar Point, Skegness beach (dog friendly side), local pubs and public footpaths.
Quality of finish in room was excellent lovely large TV and bed ,great shower, large cubicle LOVED the lighting ! Variable colours etc. Nice breakfast . Great access to the town and nearby restaurants and car park so was easy to pop back to the car and could pay the car park by phone too. All in all the best Boston had to offer I would say as we saw another hotel where our friends were staying.
The room was amazing, clean and comfy with a nice private bathroom and nice view into the garden. All the staff couldn’t of been any more helpful and very friendly. In short if you need a place to stay in Boston look no further as I don’t think you will find a place with as much to offer as the Twenty Bar and Hotel. Look forward to returning again. Thanks guy great job keep it up
Everything....
Parking, great location on the main road to Boston a few miles down the road, nearby cosy pub with fantastic meals, everything provided in the ensuite bedroom, a very good comfortable night's sleep, great hearty breakfast to set you off on your journey. Will stay again. absolutely highly recommended. The owners were very helpful, a delightful stay. 🇬🇧
I and my friend not first time in this place. Like before and now we can say - was good and we come back, if need stay in Boston. The location is good. Near town centre (10min by walking or 4min car) and always you can find space for parking near hotel (for free 😉) .
Room clean. Kitchen tidy and all staff in the kitchen you can find, even glasses for wine.
I liked everything about the property, it would be even greater if I could make a deal with Boston West Hotel directly for me to stay on a regular basis where I can stay for two or three nights. I am HGV driver and I spend 95% of my time in my truck, if the hotel could make me a good deal where I can stay on regular basis, I would be over the moon.
Brand new only been opening a couple of weeks, Beautifully restored old coaching house which has been sympathetically restored by Lincolnshire Heritage.
The staff are super friendly and very accommodating.
Perfect location if you are visiting in or around Boston
Gorgeous hotel, excellent facilities in the room (although the description on booking.com was inaccurate), this was quickly resolved with the reception team and we were upgraded to accommodate for the lack of Fridge.
Beautifully refurbished, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished. A great find in the centre of Boston. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Rooftops and we would certainly stay again.
The staff were so welcoming and friendly.I was doing the Boston half and the weather was torrential I asked if I could have some binbags to make a make shift waterproof. He was lovely.
The location was excellent for access to central Boston. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful. It was the perfect place to stay and will definitely be back very soon.
Lovely clean rooms worth everything you need. All very modern and comfy and the staff were so lovely and helpful. Close enough to walk into Boston and a nice quiet location
clean, comfortable and convenient. Spacious room and nice size bath towel. Friendly, helpful staff. Would recommend and definitely stay again if in Boston.
