It is very handy for an early start at the airport although you do have to pay for parking and Wi-Fi in the bedrooms which I would normally expect free. Food was only in the restaurant and extremely below par. No bar snacks which would have been nice as we were only stopping for a short while overnight and didn’t really want a big meal. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms what you’d expect for a budget hotel, clean and comfortable.

Nicely located hotel which is good value for money.
Nicely located hotel which is good value for money. Staff are helpful and pleasant and there are additional facilities such as pool and spa if wanted. Some areas such as the restaurant could be improved. It is a shame to be charged more to use Wi-Fi in the rooms as communal areas are busy and not appropriate for working in.

Airport hotel was a poor choice on our part.
Airport hotel was a poor choice on our part. Branhope has a Fox and Hound pub which we went to for a drink at night as we were Unable to book in for a meal here so fortunately we ate earlier on the journey down from Scotland. Not much else open as it was early evening but there are a couple of hairdressers, a takeaway and a local corner shop.
I asked for a wake-up call: nothing
I ordered a taxi for 4 am, they had not and told me at 4 am they did not think the taxi company would respond if they saw the hotel's number. As it was over 1 hour walk along dark lanes to the airport I begged them to try, they did with a don't hold your hopes up. Thankfully the taxi company replied and was there within 10 minutes, otherwise I would have missed my flight. So much for an airport hotel. They should delete the word airport as it generates expectations.
Easy to book online.Very reasonable price & optional cancellation.Hotel was straightforward to find (in dark & snow).Smooth check-in process with gentle polite nicely spoken receptionist. Extremely clean, comfortable, spacious ,quiet room with bath(my favourite) & shower.Small fridge was added bonus. Close to airport so ideal for our early morning flight.Later discovered we could have parked there reasonably as well-will bear in mind for future departures.Would strongly recommend.
There is many things I liked, the room was very spacious and clean. The staff was excellent and went beyond expectation. I was attending a course at the hotel for the week, the staff was exceptional helpful for our course and the tutor via providing food, snacks and hot and cold drinks throughout the days.
The facilities was great including the restaurant.
location was good. handy for airport and you can leave car there while you are away and hotel sorts your transfer to the airport and back. chilled out in lounge and enjoyed happy hour
The price of the hotel was very reasonable. The room was adequate and we were lucky as our room had a great view (5th floor and at the back of the hotel). The breakfast was good.
For an airport hotel, to close the bar and restaurant before 2130 hrs was unacceptable and unfair. The only refreshments were tea and coffee in the room, without a spoon.
