We stayed at the Worsley Arms whilst completing a hike around the Howardian Hills, and found it to be a comfortable, characterful and extremely convenient place to rest! Hovingham is itself an idyllic village nestled in the Yorkshire countryside, and I would highly recommend the Worsley Arms as a place to rest after a long day of walking. Charming local atmosphere (we happened to stay on one of the monthly 'open mic' nights, comprising a gathering of local musicians, old and young), hearty food and comfortable accommodation.
