Beautiful countryside, Meatheringham has 3 pubs but one of them was not so good as the men’s toilets were right next to seating and the god awful smell was enough to make a vicar swear! Plus the landlord was quite loud and rude to women. We found a beautiful little pub that catered for everyone’s needs called the penny farthing inn at Timberland. We had mussels in a garlic sauce and was the best I have ever tasted.LisaUnited Kingdom
