I left something in the room, and when I went back, they had it waiting in reception for me. Excellent service as far as I'm concerned. The shower was good, a shower room, and the water pressure was wonderful, I really enjoyed it.

Hotel is located in a great location (close to Asda, KFC, etc), easy to access it and with plenty of parking spaces. At the reception it was straightforward, no issues.
Food is good, the restaurant has a la carte, a set 3 course and bar menu. Breakfast is very varied with plenty of choices from pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereals and traditional English breakfast.
Room was clean, spacious and equipped with complimentary mini bar, coffee/tea, iron and ironing board, hair drier, full toiletries and towels.
