The room was excellent, very clean, and had a lovely view over the golf course and fountain. Breakfast was exceptional, lots of choice, cereal, fruit, cooked items and finished with croissant and coffee.

Amazing and spacious room, and I was surprised to find a very comfortable bathtub! There's a lot of character in the room's furnishings and the bed is lush. Staff is very friendly, and breakfast tasted delicious! The city centre and local park are both within walking distance.

All staff we came in contact with were first class. To a person they all were friendly, helpful, very professional and keen to make sure we were well looked after. Burgh is a rural location and the cottage was very rural. Woodbridge is only a short drive and Ipswich is only a few miles but perhaps best to take the train from Woodbridge. Suffolk coastal is lovely, plenty of villages and small towns await, loved it.
Would recommend the Wilford Bridge pub at Melton for good value meals.
