Clean, well appointed room but very hot due to unusual weather conditions. Dinner menu unexceptional and wine list fairly basic. Friendly staff and a very relaxing atmosphere.

The bedroom was lovely. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Bathroom design lovely and liked the little shutters too. Fabulous bedroom and super helpful staff!

The receptionist was really nice, she helped me to take all of my luggages upstairs and she changed our room for a bigger one, because that was empty. It made our stay much better. Thank your for the kindness.

The location was perfect for me to commute to my office. The area was quiet, with a beautiful view and very peaceful. The host left a variety of fresh, home baked goods which made my overnight stay extra special. The quaint self contained apartment was perfect for what I needed and had a lovely relaxing evening. I will definitely be returning next time I need to visit the office.
Lovely base for exploring the area great for dog walking...
Lovely base for exploring the area great for dog walking and close to Stonehenge and Salisbury. Very quiet small hamlet no shops except Farm shop that’s isn’t open everyday. Lovely little pub opposite with delicious food at a reasonable price
The staff was absolutely the best. Very friendly and accommodating. Lex, Shannon and Jason were delightful and extremely helpful. The breakfast was outstanding and I am now a fan of the English breakfast! The place was charming and quiet. It gave me the feel of an old style cottage in the English country side. Whenever I come to Salisbury I will be staying here. The pricing makes this place a great value and worth it for sure.
Nothing, was advertised as 4 star, more like 2 star !! The only positive, it was near the village where we were attending a funeral.
The hotel stated verbally that they were 3 star !!!
They made a booking for us at a nearby pub for Sunday evening meal, as their chef had the night off and stated ' they do better food than we do ', to be presented with ' are you eating with us tonight ' It was like Fawlty towers !!
Super nice hotel!
Great countryside hotel. Everything was nice. Me and My Big Brother and my family would surely choose it again next time we visit Gray Manor Hotel. Great location, great service, friendly staff. Good value for the money. Breakfast, and Dinner was delicious and Very comfortable. Would definitely recommend Thank you!" ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The hotel is lovely. And quiet despite them being fully booked. The room was clean and very warm. We had an issue with the shower - it was too hot and couldn’t turn it down, but this was fixed in minutes.
The staff were lovely - particularly Amber.
Surprisingly, the bacon was cooked well. Usually, in hotels it is hard and dry, here it was nice and tasty. The drip coffee was good as well. The hotel is located near some busy roads but it was quiet at night. Staff are friendly.
Obviously, this Hotel is a work in progress. The areas that are finished are done with flair and imagination. The staff were friendly and helpful but I think they were understaffed.
