Personalen ska hedras för att de kämpade, men var alldeles för få och i matsalen endast 1 person, rar men saknade all ledning och egen kunskap. Hotellet tycks helt sakna kunnig ledning vad gäller städning och servering. Rummet var ostädat med grus och skräp på golvet och det låg underbyxor med bajs bakom fotöljen-'som vi lämnade i receptione,- vi fick totalt avsmak. Äckligt! I frukostrummrt saknades allt utom smör och lite juice. Det fanns inte bröd, ost, marnekad, yoghurt, ägg eller kaffe dvs ingenting att äta eller dricka. Alla bord utom ett var fulla med disk och endast en förskrämd person som var totalt okunnig. KATASTROF! Gäster vände i dörren och vi m fl gäster fotograferade röran. Vi utlovades en ursäkt från ledningen men ingen har hört av sig. Sorgligt, därför hotellet borde har potential för att vara bra, men då måste man skärpa sig ordentligt!
