We stayed here for one night before getting the ferry the next day. It was fabulous. Accommodation was beautiful, full of little touches like welch cakes, herbal teas, books. The most outstanding part though was our host. She was amazing. Our 5 year old was sick. At 9.30pm. we walked from the local restaurant with clothes and shoes covered as a result of this illness. She washed them for us. The following morning our delicious breakfast arrived at the door along with our clothes and shoes which were cleaner than ever before. She really went above and beyond. I couldn't recommend this place enough. I would happily stay here again anytime

Everything at Blas at Fronlas was excellent, perfect for our needs as a couple on a walking holiday. I cannot praise the warmth and helpfulness of the staff enough! They made us feel so very welcome and went out of the way to make our stay extremely comfortable. The location of Blas at Fronlas, at the heart of Newport Sands, is very convenient for people keen on walking the coast path while also enjoying the hospitality that Newport has to offer.
