The location was perfect, on a road but very quiet. We sat out in the garden and then inside the pub for hours Saturday evening. Food was yummy and nice range of drinks. Bathroom was newly refurbished, shower was great.

A lovely hotel that is very dog-friendly and serves excellent food. Our only issue with our stay was that the meal service was extremely slow. We were sitting in the Conservatory as we had our dog with us. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the service was slow. Perhaps this was because it was a Sunday evening?
