A lovely location. It was private, peaceful, very clean and spacious. Lovely little details to make the place stylish and guests feel comfortable. Everything was provided for a short stay.

- Free parking inside the facility's lot.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work most of the time. The front door got flooded a few times when we were there there was a few damage done to the property and after leaving the property the owner try to charge me for that damage when it was already there before we even got there, I would stay there again it’s not value for the money you could hear the people next-door talking. You’re not able to take a proper rest. The parking is very shady. It’s so dark for a female to park in that area and feel comfortable and safe to walk to the apartment is crazy but I would stay there again not party for my money.

The Collingbournes are on the main Salisbury road , so it's busy at peak
times , but goes quieter in the evening . A short walk takes you onto
the downs with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside .
We drove out to Ludgershall Castle & several villages.....if you like
walking , you will like this area .

The Barleycorn Inn where I stayed is actually in...
The Barleycorn Inn where I stayed is actually in Collingbourne Kingston, not Collingbourne Ducis so this review is of Collingbourne Kingston. The village was easy to get to and a great base for a driving holiday as an A road runs through it. The neighbouring houses were impressive, and one was home to a group of chickens! It has a pretty church and a large field with horses. The Barleycorn Inn where we stayed was the only eating out place we knew of in Collingbourne Kingston and we ate all our meals over our 9 night stay there.

A excellent breakfast . By far the best of three hotels/ pubs we stayed at over three nights. The owners went above most in their service and friendliness.
