A quiet week with lots to do.
A quiet week with lots to do. Was quiet with locals rather than tourists around. Would suggest to leave till after Easter time as gets busier and places are open more frequently. I am related to people who live in the town so know more things to do

Lovely wee town, so picturesque and very friendly. Shame the options to eat out are a bit limited with just the one hotel at the moment (which was by the way lovely). Hopefully some of the other eating establishments will be back up and running soon as it is a super wee place to visit and the variety would only add to the experience. So interesting and lots of nice walks and history to absorb. Particular mention of Calluna ladies boutique who were open sat and sun and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Will def visit again.

Restful little town with lovely views of Cromarty Firth from the Links. Royal Hotel is in a prime position and provides a welcoming setting for a short stay. We ate in the hotel during our stay because the selection on the menu was varied and tasty.

Cromarty is small but a lovely place to visit and walk around. The views are fantastic. The sea and country views are lovely and even the oil rigs being decommissioned or refitted look spectacular when lit up at night. There are some great walks around the shoreline and over South Sutor. Not many places to eat out but we tried them and they were fine. Handy local shops.AnthonyUnited Kingdom

The two living rooms meant there was plenty room to relax. The cottage was ideally situated for getting to the beach. There were plenty of nice walks and it was an ideal location for taking the dog. Only 2 mins walk from the beaches, pubs and restaurants and only 1 min from the shop and local bakery with a play park across the street. If you have any doubts about visiting Cromarty, don't hesitate and this cottage is a great base.
