Great out of town location with easy access to Fistral Beach and SW coastal path. Friendly , helpful and welcoming staff. Dog friendly. Breakfast was very good and we also enjoyed our evening meals chicken madras was very good. Nice swimming pool but we were the only couple using it at the time. However the pool room temperature is almost overwhelming- I did suggest it could be lowered. Room service is not daily which we were ok with. Overall good value and we will be back.

We were offered a complementary room upgrade and as a result had a room which was excellent in all respects - pristine, light and airy, well appointed and with a great view down to the sea. Location was good and close to several eateries, and parking was straightforward. Good breakfast with comprehensive choice. All the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Perfect stay in a very comfortable and immaculately clean accommodation to say it was a dog friendly van. We could have easily stayed longer but the on-site facilities closed for the end of the season on the 6th of November

Site very quiet and clean.
Site very quiet and clean. Cubert is quite central for visiting Newquay, St. Ives, Lands End. 3 miles to a lovely beach in Perranporth. Lots of activities in the area for young children.
I cooked in and did my food shop at local Morrisons about 5 minutes in the car.
We had a car to get to places but noticed lots of buses in the area.
