El personal fue amable, nos guardaron el equipaje antes de hacer el registro y nos limpiaron la habitación todos los días. El hotel es céntrico y está cerca de las estaciones de ferrocarril y autobuses y de la parada de tranvía de Fitzalan Square / Ponds Forge. La cama era cómoda y pudimos dormir bien.
