Quiet. Very large room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good temperature in the room (if anything a bit too hot, easily fixed by opening the window to a quiet back garden).

Location was amazing, 2 mins from the Swiss Cottage tube which is only a 12 min ride away from the hustle and bustle of central London. It was a quiet residential neighbourhood, great for a good night's sleep. The hotel was clean and inviting, the beds comfortable and the rooms well equipped. Would most definitely stay again.

Reception staff were very friendly. The room had obviously been cleaned well as I could smell bleach when I entered, so the bathroom was clean in that respect and the bed looked clean and was comfortable.
