Such a funky hotel. Loved the room, very quirky.
Staff were excellent.. Manager was exceptional.
There were a few hen parties, a lot of noise until 1200, but apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

I could not like anything, it was horrible, I didnt even check in. I was travelling with my autistic daughter and took a taxi to the hotel from the airport, it is located in a not so nice street. The worst thing was that we arrived at between 12 and 13 and I could not check in until 15:00 and they wouldnt keep the suitcase until we could check in. So I was stuck with my suitcase at the end of the street and coulnt walk around there to find a place to stay while we waited. Absalutely horrible experiance travelling for the first time with my daugther to London.

Lovely staff. Young lady in the canteen was absolutely brilliant my problem is disability she helped me collect my breakfast and deliver to table thank you. I was really pleased with my room on the ground floor as lift was out of order. Staff at desk were brilliant too.
