I couldn’t fault the staff at this venue. I was staying by for work and arrived late after work. They managed to get me a table, without hesitation, for some food even though it was the Saturday before Christmas. They were super attentive, the food was insane and I couldn’t fault the service. They even made me the most perfect breakfast bag to take away.

The staff were great! They allowed to keep the bike in the room overnight and arranged an early breakfast for those attending the cycling race - we could eat at 5 am before leaving. Thank you!

4pm check in is much too late and 10am check out is much too early imo. States ‘pets welcome’ then expects to charge extra for said pet on arrival! Not the warmest of welcome when we arrived a whole 10 minutes early! Had booked the ‘Superior room’ and was told that the previous nights guest booked for another night so we were given another more basic room for the same price! £80 for a fairly basic room with no breakfast provided.
