Room was a nice size. Well equipped gym and nice pool. Breakfast was well stocked and varied although I hadn't noticed you could order veggie sausages until the 3rd day!
Beds were comfortable. Bath a bit slippery but you can get an anti slip mat from the reception.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Dinner in the restaurant was good, even though we only ate there one night and the bar was nice.

Had two rounds of golf booked at Hankley Common which is only 2 miles or 5 minute drive down the road. The a great little country pub perfectly situated with good food, nice rooms although a little small and lovely friendly staff. My room had a complimentary bottle of flavoured gin, also there is a small room called The study on the first floor which was a small seating area that had plenty of books for a nice quiet read, a radio should you want to listen and also a bottle of Glenfiddich single malt scotch you could help yourself to. Nice touch!
I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area…

Returning after attending college here 40 years ago it was wonderful to see the overall charm hadn’t changed, the period buildings, the quirky “yards” and churches, pubs and laneways means Farnham is still a beautiful place to visit. Plenty to investigate.
Shops have changed or updated but the character still invites a thorough walk around town.
Further afield delivers the pleasures of rural Surrey, Farnham and the environs, are in my opinion well worth a visit.

Beautiful forest, quiet lanes with wonderful views.
Beautiful forest, quiet lanes with wonderful views. Small village, a slow pace of life, just what I needed after a hard working week. Farnham recharged my batteries and I would love to come back again soon. I expect the lovely sunny warm weather helped in this idyllic place, but I cannot imagine it ever looking gloomy! We stayed in the Frensham Pond Hotel, just gorgeous, but we ventured out to eat. We found 3 pubs all pretty close (within a 2 minute drive of each other) all serving food. Our lunches were absolutely spot on, and with lovely gardens to enjoy them in. Like everywhere these days, look out for the pot holes!
Bungalow is beautifully decorated and cozy. Features and finishes are high end with a very English countryside feel. Excellent variety of complementary items such as tea, coffee, etc. Host was thoughtful and responsive to our needs.
Across the road from a nice pub with great food as well as the Sculpture Gardens which were wonderful. Very quiet at night. Close to Farnham with cool restaurants and shopping.
Host was very welcoming and went over and above to accommodate us.
The bed was comfortable and we were provided with towels, toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities.
The room and bathroom are both spacious despite being in the loft and felt like we were staying in a boutique hotel, it is so well decorated.
The location is great and just a few minutes walk to Farnham station.
Food was nice, we had breakfast which had few choices and was tasty. Also, we had a dinner which was also nice. Food prices were good compared to other hotels. We used the spa area which was £20 for 2h per person, it’s a small spa, but cozy. Enough to relax. Also, I liked the bed, it was kingsize and comfortable.
I like that I am familiar with the hotel as I have been staying for many years with my family prior to the name change and renovation. has spa and swim area and I love the fact it has a restaurant bar and afternoon tea. I have also secured date to come back in October for a wedding close by.
The location immediately opposite the Sculpture Park was a real bonus. The atmosphere in the hotel was a real "old world " charm and a delightful surprise. There was good and ample parking. We could have happily spend more time here to explored the Sculpture Park and area further.
The hotel and rooms are very comfortable they have everything that you could need.
The bar and restaurant is what you would expect in a country pub. The team that work there appear to be very efficient and are always on hand to help. Great job 👍
It's been along time since visited Farnham house hotel. Walked in and wow what a change beautifully decorated. Lovely welcome from staff. I had pre booked afternoon tea which was fantastic. Breakfast was lovely. Thank you.
Pleasent well equipped room in a beautful old building with loads of charm.
Comfortable bar area with good range of drinks available.
Breakfast presented a good choice of well prepared food.
This was an ideal location for my trip to play golf at Hankley Common GC. The room, comfortable and clean. Evening meal, excellent and I had a continental breakfast which was just right.
The hotel is being refurbished and the new rooms are really, really nice. Very comfortable, great design. The location is right in the heart of Farnham with eveything a short walk away.
The grounds/landscape were well-groomed and loved the lighting in the evening. I loved that it was nestled near the pond.
Enjoyed the view from the dining area in the mornings!
Beautiful hotel with cosy bar and lounge areas that looked lovely with the Christmas decorations. Rooms were comfy and the most of all the staff were all so friendly & helpful.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was great. Hotel was clean and well lit. Grounds were gorgeous. Close to town. Close to Heathrow, but still in the country.
I loved the old world charm and the room was really nice and clean. It was very comfortable. The restaurant was very good and the bar area was phenomenal.
