Weather was awful arrived very early but room was ready and we were allowed to check in nearly 4 hours early. Hosts were very kind and made us feel very welcome. Very comfortable and clean. Hosts very accommodating nothing was to much trouble. Food was very good. Home from home. Tranquil and calming place where we recharged ourselves to continue our journey. Perfect

The views were outstanding. The location is fab. The host, Stacey was an absolute delight. She is so friendly and so welcoming. Originally booked 2 nights, enjoyed it so much that we booked an extra night. Stayed as a family, with son(5y) and a daughter (6m). Rebooked to go back in 10 weeks. Highly recommend for anyone looking to go for a few nights away from hustle and bustle with a beautifully calm and quiet beach.
Forsinain itself is wonderful and in fact there IS a route...
Forsinain itself is wonderful and in fact there IS a route from Forsinain to get to Badnaheen which in fact is far kinder on your vehicle than the route from A9, although a mile or two longer.
Forsinain is not far from the ESPB Reserve at Forsinard Flows which is also fabulous.
The A897 follows the Helmsdale River and is spectacular.
