The location is amazing. It’s like a little slice of paradise, probably the most peaceful place I’ve ever stayed. Me and my partner couldn’t get over the views, unbelievably happy with our stay.

Our room no.11 unused on leaving at 9.00 p.m. spent less than 3 hours in the room therefore: no breakfast no privacy you charged us £140.00 our disabled son could not use his room 2 at all and was forced to sit on a bench in our room 11- thus decreasing the amenity of that room also.

Lovely north Norfolk village.
Lovely north Norfolk village. It would be greatly enhanced by having a pub or a hotel bar that opened reliably. Lovely shop/coffee shop when it is open. Need a car as not enough in the village to fully occupy a holiday.

Hotel is very nice but could do with a total refurbishment.
Hotel is very nice but could do with a total refurbishment. The food and menu were good and the bar area very good. The staff were very good and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and went above and beyond.

We walked round Great Bircham and found a very pretty spot with benches round a duck pond. There is also a shop / cafe in the village. We traveled out to Brancaster and enjoyed some time at the staithe watching people boating. Here you can buy fresh shell fish and enjoy an ice cream.

It's just a pretty little village - nothing there apart from the hotel and a good shop. It's a good base for touring the locality.
The windmill was a disappointment - kids may enjoy it, but not much interest for 2 adults.
The hotel is located in a lovely village with a village store that is also a very nice coffee shop and bar directly opposite. There is ample parking at the rear. Our room was very spacious clean and comfortable, it overlooked the road but there was no noise at all. The hotel is homely with a modern feel, the bar was open in the evening and the staff are really lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from and excellent portion sizes. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.
Great location in a quiet village. The hotel was easy to access with a good sized car park, a friendly greeting on arrival by the staff. Very clean throughout with the room being spacious, light and airy. a great comfortable night sleep. Lovely relaxed breakfast and smooth check out.
Lovely quiet hotel with nice gardens. Helpful pleasant staff, lovely breakfast, very comfortable bed. Just a shame it’s not on the coast as we would stay every time we came to Norfolk.
Dog welcomed and space to sit and eat indoors with him
Friendly helpful staff. Our room No.1 was large and very comfortable. Plenty of seating areas in and outside the hotel to relax in. Food excellent.Great location for visiting North Norfolk coast and Sandringham.
Very well run hotel. The (mostly) young staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful and efficient. The food was delicious and well presented. Lots of room indoors and outside for relaxing. Good size bedroom.
Food is excellent - both dinner and breakfast
Room size give a sense of quality to the hotel
Nicely proportioned- Lots of room around bed, no issue for space in bathroom
Nice outside space
Friendly staff
The hotel was much nicer than the photos so we were really pleasantly surprised, the garden is so lovely and the bar downstairs is great! Staff really nice too
