Dinner was good. Amanda on staff was amazing.
She picked us up from our hike, checked us in and was actually working the bar later. She was so pleasant and made us feel welcome.

A lovely place, beautiful location and countryside, but only 5 minutes from civilisation !!! A very relaxing lovely weekend, the staff were all lovely too.

I liked everything, room, hosts, breakfast. By far the best B&B I have stayed in. Everything about Mill Farm is exceptional. I can't praise it highly enough. It really is top quality.

I loved everything,there is nothing to dislike , the property is immaculate and lovely. The owners are the most friendliest and accommodating people I have ever met , and that’s with me staying away from home through all my working career, ( approximately 25 years)the service and property is a+ by far the best place I have ever stayed.
This is the third time I have stayed at Upsall warren cottage and I can not wait to return.
To be perfectly honest I was reluctant to leave a review like this as I’m scared it won’t be available when I return to the north east but they really do deserve it for this hidden gem.
Other accommodation owners need to take a leaf out of Phil and Elaine’s book.
I can guarantee you will not be disappointed booking this hidden gem of a property whether that a holiday or for work.
