We were pleased with the experience, and honestly the staff could not do enough to make us feel welcome. There is another hotel in this chain where we live so even though we had an idea of what to expect, in our view, this experience went above that.

I felt the location would have been nicer if more facilities were open. We were not made to feel welcome at the bar onsite which was only open through the day. The property itself was lovely. I feel an instruction book on how to use certain things such as getting a hot shower or using heating of the property would have been helpful as it was freezing though the night. This would be a perfect stay for people who would just like to stay in the lodge and use the hot tub etc.
