Great, friendly staff. Plenty of parking Room service is prompt (note: £7.50 tray fee) Great food Great shower Wifi must have had a recent upgrade as it was fast, not experienced good wifi here before, so great to see.

Breakfast was very good. I was in the annex and it does need some tlc. I would've preferred to be in main building as l remember it from my son's wedding reception when we stayed in 2004. Also heing on my own at my age l felt a bit nervous in the annex alone. I realize there has veen flood problems so hopefully the refurbishment will bring it back to its full glory. Staff were all very welcoming and compliments to chef on breakfast great choice just need marmalade which was a small issue as l had s treat with Nutella but och the calories. We felt comfortable in our room. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The choice at Breakfast was good. We also enjoyed the dinner menu. Overall we loved our stay and look forward to returning when we next visit Nottingham. A bonus were the sustainable environment features.
