Absolutely nothing horrible staff so rude from the start we ended up leaving after 1 night and she wouldn’t refund the other days blood on the beds piss stains on the first room before being moved

Staff were approachable and friendly and all staff spoke to our little boy which was nice. At breakfast time our little boy was excited and didn't like the idea of sitting down and the lady spoke to him and gave him some colouring which helped. The Hotel was nice and quiet and it was a very quick check in. Location was good for us as we know the area and was close to everything we needed. The room was clean and had coffee facilities.

The room was lovely and clean, the bed comfortable and a good supply of tea and coffees. There was a really good pressure in the shower. Although the hotel was full the room was very quiet and we didn't hear our neighbours or people walking past in the corridor. We were able to come and go as we pleased. The staff are friendly and polite. As a bonus the hotel is also a pub and restaurant, selling reasonably priced food and drink. The meals we had were lovely. We had a wonderful weekend.
