They were short staffed as there were lots of bookings at short notice but the team on duty were amazing. Owner came over from Birmingham to help out. Only owned the place for 4 weeks but it was beautiful. One lady stayed later and even made me a pizza when kitchen was closed. They couldn’t do enough. Loved it and the team

We felt comfortable in our room. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The choice at Breakfast was good. We also enjoyed the dinner menu. Overall we loved our stay and look forward to returning when we next visit Nottingham. A bonus were the sustainable environment features.

The overall experience was excellent. Highly professional and polite staff, good services, exceptionally clean environment and delicious breakfast. Intact, it exceeded my expectation. The bed was sooooooooo comfortable that we had to extend our stay by two days.
