ibis Glasgow City Centre – Sauchiehall St, hotel in Inchinnan

In Glasgow’s vibrant centre, just 2 minutes from Sauchiehall Street, ibis Glasgow City Centre – Sauchiehall St is a short walk from Princes Square.

Value for money. One of the few times on my trip to the UK where I wasn't paying $200-300 for an extremely below average room. Clean standard room, which is exactly what I wanted and aligned with what I paid for the room.

We chose Inchinnan because of its proximity to the airport — we drove up from Middlesex, and picked up my son, his partner and best friend from the airport (we were there for a wedding at the Earl or Mar estate on the River Clyde). It is also just a 20 minute drive into Glasgow to park near the wonderful museums and galleries, not to mention distillaries. I strongly recommend Glasgow as a city to visit, we had just a day and a half for sight-seeing, but could have done with double that. Inchinnan is a quiet town to the west of Glasgow, a good base to explore the area if you have a car.
