Breakfast was great! Room was nice however the bed was too firm. I requested a second duvet as a cushion. It didn’t really help. Other than that my stay was great

Everything was just perfect. Very nice staff, comfortable room/bed. Good shower. Clean. Location good, short walk from Metrostops Jesmond and West Jesmond. Busstop real close as well. The hotel has a nice cosy feel. Highly recommended.
