Everything. Kes and her staff went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. The units were spacious and comfortable. The atmosphere was warm and happy. We stayed at 7 venues during the month we spent in the UK. The Horse and Groom was by far the best. Indeed, we were so comfy that we just stayed on in the Cotswolds for the remainder of our vacation instead of travelling on to Ireland and Wales as planned. We will be back. .

All staff, from check-in through to the restaurant service, were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the hotel is ideally located to explore Cirencester and the surrounding area. The food was to a very good quality, nicely cooked and presented.
