We arrived late, there was no one to greet us, the keys had been laid out for us and we only realized they were ours because we could see our name on the computer with the assigned rooms and message that didn't appear to be sent to us with Kelly phone number to call if we had problems: we did unfortunately have problems as one of our rooms were not clean. It appeared that the facility only had 9 rooms; 3 already rented out: we booked 3 so that left 3 and we still didn't have a clean room when we arrived. The cleanliness was okay, i have stayed in cleaner, while Kelly was nice she didn't offer us anything to make up for the inconvenience for our arrival: again we did arrive just after 10pm and had we had a message prior to our arrival we would have called sooner.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. When you drive up, you'll feel very posh. The property is expertly maintained and the grounds are trimmed beautifully. Our room was huge and the breakfast was amazing.
