All the staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was tasty (great cherry berry porridge😊). Big car park and fantastic location for walkers. I booked the cheapest room
so it wasn't big but it still had a very comfy bed and was super clean. I can fully recommend it.

I booked a double room simply because other than use it for sleeping and showering etc. I do not require a grand room and all the rooms I have ever stayed in at The George are very good. On arrival the receptionist advised me that my room had been upgraded to a classic double room..
