Very friendly and professional staff. Executive room was a good large size and a large bathroom with bath and shower. Very comfortable bed.

This pub hotel has plenty of character , comfort with very welcoming and helpful team. Food - and Joules beer - was excellent, and breakfast was top notch. Great value as well.

The 4-star Mercure Telford Centre Hotel is perfectly located for business and leisure guests.
