Staff , facilities, spacious, just been refurbished so all was brand new. Fantastic breakfast. I'm gluten and dairy intolerant and they catered for it wonderfully.

This hotel is for corporate conferences and all the amenities are geared to that, I stayed in the Horsely Towers part which is a quite a walk from the main building or in the rain you would need to drive up there. Reception and restaurant are all down with the main hotel, so if you want convenience of walking into a hotel and no hassle, thats not the case here. The Towers bedroom is lovely, but its a pain having to take your car in bad weather to the restaurant and back up to the room after. Beware the front entrance, it is frequently washed and wet on slippery tiles.

Although it says Leatherhead, i did not go near there.
Although it says Leatherhead, i did not go near there. I was in Horsley and walked as far as Polesden Lacey, also went twice to the Grange Park Opera (the purpose of my visit). Having lived in Leatherhead for two years in the late 1990s, i had no interest in going to that town and being on public transport during a weekend limited how far I could travel anyway.
There are many National trust properties nearby and lovely walks in the Surrey Hills.
If i had stayed longer, i might have gone to visit Denbighs Vineyard again as it is over 25 years since I was last there.

Good location to relaxing and taking stock of your life and good get away from noise a but from the city life,
Liked the area and would like to visit again if possible but the only set back for us was the bathroom was outdated, room 38 bathroom was not nice at all with chipped bath sink.
We have stayed at DeVere Hotels many times and have found them quite nice places to stay. They are always clean and in excellent condition. The Horsley location was found to be in line with our expectations and the staff was excellent. The dinner in their restaurant was also excellent. The issue was the cleanliness of the bed which we found to have bed bugs.
Absolutely good value for money
Excellent view and close to Surrey hill area, perfect for country retreat.
They use Penhalogon's product in the bathroom, it feels luxurious.
Good value buffet dinner and breakfast, I have compared the prices with a local pub nearby, the hotel dinner is better value.
Room was booked for officials at an event I was running, and each one of them (independent of one another) were totally overawed by the hotel - the location and settings exceeded what they were expecting. Being able to have breakfast before 8am was also an added bonus for them all as well.
Reasonable room rate for standard room. Pool was decent size but is pool only (no steam room/sauna). Tea/ coffee in room plus around hotel. Pleasant seating area by bar/drinks station in bit of a suntrap. Breakfast was buffet style, plenty of options to choose from to start the day
It's a lovely and spacious apartment, well appointment and worked very well for the 10 days with 4 adults. It's got a great view, near the station and the mall and was perfect as a base. We got a lot of information and it was easy to get hold of them
Nicely presented room, in a quiet part of the hotel. Buffet breakfast and evening meal were both really tasty and varied. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Beverage stations to relax or work are a great facility.
