Nice quiet room with excellent bathroom and comfy bed. The staff helped us by carrying our suitcase up the stairs. It was good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Plenty of parking very close to the room.

Didn't really see much of Letchworth as our visit was to spend time with family. We did have lunch at The Broadway Hotel. Food excellent. Staff very cheerful and efficient. Would highly recommend.

My own stay was ok, Any guests who have access difficulties or are a wheel chair user may have a few problems here. Please note this is a nice Old Hall and sometimes it is difficult to make all accessibility possible due to steps between floors etc. there are lifts but they are small. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Great space for night life, cafes and restaurants - people mostly are passive aggressive customer service is really bad overall in most shops / establishments i visited. Example Timpson's and The community chairty furniture shop, they were so rude and so were the hosts in restaurants. This is an old and scruffy hotel.
This is an old and scruffy hotel. The staff are not trained and are rude and unhelpful. This hotel needs a professional manager to instil some discipline and training. I'm not surprised that we got a room when all the other hotels and pubs in the area were booked.Graves
