On arrival we were warmly greeted by Vance, who kindly offered to help us with our luggage.
They room was spotlessly clean with an amazing ensuite shower room, which looked as though it had recently been fully refurbished.
After a peaceful night, we were treated to an excellent breakfast, personally prepared by David, as good as any we've served in a 5* Hotel. Topped off with a fabulous pot of coffee, as we took in the expansive views of the countryside and watched the donkeys.

The two rooms are a great size with very comfortable beds. You have your own access to the garden with a separate entrance so you don't need to go through the house to get to your rooms. The garden is absolutely beautiful.

The hotel by their own admission has had a longstanding problem with booking.com who have overbooked the accommodation continuously for several months during and post lockdown. Don't make the same mistake we made and trust either party.
