Beautiful surroundings, very clean and very pleasant staff we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel with the added bonus of having a swimming pool, steam room, and sauna, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful rooms, the food is amazing with a great fish selection, the owner and staff are friendly and make you feel at home. The atmosphere is informal and the Bar has comfortable chairs to relax in for the evening, breakfast has so much choice and the service is second to none Scott in the bar area and Hilary who served breakfast cannot do enough for you. This hotel has only been open a short while and they have everything spot on.... Exceptional! Firstly EVERY member of staff we met were warm, engaging and genuine, made us feel so welcome. Continental breakfast to die for... Beautiful smoked salmon and cheeses, to pancakes and fresh fruit galore. Immaculately clean everywhere. Cosy room, very comfortable bed with little luxury touches. Beautifully decorated/plants throughout, in keeping with this magnificent building and surrounding countryside. Will definitely be staying there again in the Spring and can highly recommend it.
