We used the White Lion as a base for exploring local walks. Really friendly welcome at reception. Rooms were very clean and actually really good size for a single. Bathroom was lovely too. We didn't eat in the evening but did use the bar, very friendly staff and reasonable prices. Breakfast was lovely and had a great selection on offer and served super fast. Would absolutely use this place again for exploring local area. Parking on site and generally just ticked every box for us.

Booked last minute due to mix up of dates as due to stay in Bala. Staff worked very hard ensuring our room was ready. On arrival I was very worried as looked very run down. Once inside our room was very clean. Staff very friendly and we enjoyed our cooked breakfast the following morning. Thank you to the staff.
