Perfect location, especially for a family (with Macdonalds and Tesco Extra across the road). Not that we used them, as the restaurant is excellent... lovely food and great service.
Best thing about the room?...The power shower! Wow! Best shower I have ever had in a hotel!

Staff were brilliant really friendly and helpful, you don’t get many things that are good value for money these days but this stay was excellent. Just what we needed for somewhere to crash on our way to Alton Towers.

Had the luxury suite at a very reasonable price. It was gorgeous. Staff were kind and helpful (I have some mobility issues) . Fantastic view. Room was grand with lovely views, and it's own balcony. Can't praise it highly enough.

Location right in the town centre perfect for all the bars and restaurants.
The music from these can be heard until midnight. It wasn't a problem for us as we booked the room to go out. But if you are looking for an early night you won't get one if you are a light sleeper.
