The water in the shower was hot. Plently of toilet paper stocked. There were towels in the bathroom. The bed was clean and soft. There was a refrigerator. Also, a small oven and stovetop. If someone were so inclined, they could definitely cook a meal here. Post and pans were provided. Decent selection of channels on the television.

This property has so much potential. It could be so cute and quaint with a touch of nostalgia and cool history. Unfortunately, it was not clean, there was no toilet paper or clean folded towels, there was black hair in the sink and a dirty sock left in the wardrobe. The pillows did not have pillow cases or a duvet cover on the duvet. The fitted sheet on one bed had stains all over it. It is a dark entry and it was hard to tell if we were in the right place or not. The host basically was not ready for us. We arrived at 11 pm and did send a note that we would be a late arrival, we woke up the sister in the main cottage and were left on the street to wait for his arrival. If we had an option of somewhere to go we would have left. The host did give us free bottled water and 2 pops. The location is optimal one stop from Heathrow.

    My stay at the London Luxxury Apartments in Heathrow Airport was absolutely fantastic! The room was truly amazing! Large rooms with a full kitchen with all the utensils to cook ! Made the stay feel like home. Which saved us so much money also. We also had many restaurants close by so alll kind of food was available via Uber eats and deliveries from local restaurants The proximity to the trains made exploring London a breeze, and the convenience factor was unbeatable. The apartment itself was stunning, with all the amenities one could ask for, and the service was top-notch. It truly made my trip memorable and enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back and experience it all over again!

    This was a cute little place nice and close to transit, and air port, stores for snacks within 15 min walk. The beds were so comfy, the place was clean, a coffee maker was lovely, shower was nice with a great pressure. The Terrence was nice to sit and have a coffee. Would stay here again!

    We have booked this apartment for 6th June 2023 for 1 night...

    We have booked this apartment for 6th June 2023 for 1 night through Booking.com. Booking was done in January 2023 and paid the full amount. When we arrived in London Heathrow airport on 6th evening, we contacted the person of the apartment for the key, he said there is no booking for us. We showed him the booking and payment details etc but he said he can't do anything. Not helpful at all. We contacted Booking.com customer service, but they couldn't arrange anything for us too. It as very disappointing and disgraceful. Very bad experience.

    there was nothing good about the Hatton rooms since I never got to them. they only sent me the details at 5:15 PM, way too late:. THeu were supposed to send them by 2;15 pm at that time i had already gone to the Hatton Rd, never found the place and had already booked another hotel. I was still charged for a night in your place. Prior to this (which should have been a red flag for me), all communications were impossible: the links to register were all non-existing.t They shouldn't be allow to advertise on your site.

    We arrived 11pm No facilities available for a cup of tea or coffee Very disappointed . Our room was very clean and comfortable.. Sharad bathroom was clean and comfortable . minor changes would definitely get me to book again. Right now I wouldn't recommend it
