The owner and her son were extremely kind and helpful. The position of the hotel was, as expected, excellent. We asked for a sea view, and the owner was kind enough to move us down from the second floor to the first floor when we asked, and she gave us a room with a magnificent view of Culver Cliff.

The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. The location was amazing with an incredible view of Ventnor harbour. Great base for exploring the Isle of Wight. Breakfast was excellent.

This was a super venue with on site parking and a restaurant. All the staff were very friendly too. Our room was clean and very comfortable with the usual tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom was huge which was also a bonus. The breakfast was good and it was nice to pick your choices for a cooked breakfast as this ensured no waste. Didn't use the restaurant for an evening meal but if their breakfasts are anything to go by then I'm sure the food would be lovely The hotel is in a good location too being only a few minutes walk from the promenade.

The central location with a balcony to view the sea. Lovely to look out at night and see the moonlight on the water. The room was serviced each day and free-streaming was available on the TV. The Rex Fine Dining restaurant was just up the road and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal there.
