North Curry is a lovely village and we found the residents to be very friendly. It has a small shop, selling most everything. The pub serves food, but it wasn't really to our taste; we found the service extremely slow and the food and wine to be very average. There are some lovely walks from the village. You do need transport to access the surrounding area.

A lovely little village out in the countryside - narrow roads to gain access to the village but only 15 minutes from Taunton and main routes - lovely quiet area for a gentle stroll in the evening a very historic village - plaques on some of the houses explaining their history, very good pubs in the area within 1/2 drive Car essential
