Oak Tree Annexe had more than booking.com tell you who make no mention of a fridge (pretty important!) and yes, there is an excellent fridge. Booking.com details also say there is no wifi. Well, there is! Also pretty important to most people. Overseal itself was nice too, especially nearby Ashby Canal and Moira Furnace.
