Brilliant place to stay. Exceptional host, very thoughtful, nothing too much trouble. Even offered to do laundry if we had any. Breakfast hamper was excellent. Great local knowledge. Squeaky clean. Can't recommend highly enough.

Very friendly and welcoming host who made extra effort to prepare a vegan breakfast for us. The homemade bread is delicious. Breakfast is continental served to your bedroom door with a chair and table to eat from in the room. Bailey the dog is a star too, he barks but is very friendly and loves a stroke. Room has great views from roof window across the beach and sands. En suite shower room is excellent with modern fittings. Easy to find the property and acres of space to park. Good TV with multiple channels. It’s a beautifully quiet area with just the playful bleating of lambs and bird song to hear.

Room was really comfortable and well equipped. There is a restaurant that serves breakfast and evening meals, all home cooked and great quality.

The cottage was beautiful. We were staying there as we were working at Lochmaddy. Unfortunately, due to the weather we got stranded on the Island, luckily there had been a cancellation and we could stay on at the cottage.

The property was fabulous. Comfortable furniture/bed, so tastefully decorated with high quality, locally produced pieces. Lovely welcome pack provided. Well equipped with everything we needed. Great location for exploring North Uist and the surrounding islands. Gorgeous beach within walking distance. We loved every minute of our stay.
