Peaceful location. Extremely comfortable bed and beautiful room. The host, Pat, was welcoming, friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious and nothing was too much trouble. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Oak Tree Farm and hope to stay again.

The breakfast was ok, would be nice to have some yogurt and fresh fruit, the roast dinner was very good. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable but there was no milk for tea and no hot water but to be fair we didnt say anything but if we had I'm sure that it would have been rectified. The landlord was very obliging when I asked if we could have some warm water because our car parked over the road over night had been visited by several birds !! and as we were going on an MG rally that morning it needed to be cleaned.
Overlooking the River Bure, this black-and-white timbered lodge offers a cosy pub with seasonally inspired food. The Southern Comfort paddle boat is moored just outside the property.

Breakfast was very good, lots of choice could have done with some cereal. Service was a bit patchy, order came with beans and no mushrooms as asked for. Had to ask for cutlery and butter just a bit of effort needed really.
Room was good, nice ensuite, windows not great as pigeons came in room when opened.
Location really good couldnt have been better.
Just think with a little money spent on it to update and a bit of training for staff this location could be excellent. Staff very friendly and did try. Food when it arrived as did have to wait quite a while was excellent and worth the wait.

Excellent location and value for money. The lady advised bringing own bedding which we did.
Everything my daughter and I needed to get away for a few nights
This is a beautiful little place well worth exploring.
This is a beautiful little place well worth exploring. There's a pretty little bridge where the passing boats can be watched. Lathams discount shop is always worth a visit (nice little restaurant inside too).
Lots of lovely little villages locally with small boutiques well worth supporting. Only a short run to Cromer and Yarmouth too, so best of both worlds.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped apart from no hairdryer. Toilet very noisy when flushed. Myself and my husband had problems with the shower going cold after a few minutes. Main problem was check in / check out. Had we not phoned we would have arrived too late to collect the keys . Office closed for checkout. Also one brochure said checkout 9am and one said 10am .However apartment was spacious and clean

Potter Heigham was quiet but there were facilities nearby a shop selling all manner of items, restaurant with tea shop and a really good Fish and Chip shop. Near to nice beaches and not far from larger sea side resorts and lovely Wroxham with boat trips etc.
