The staff make this place! Friendly, efficient and courteous from start to finish! The car park is SO useful if you're spending the day/night with them as Lucy (Star of Reception) allowed us to check-in 2-3hrs before the official 4pm. Result! And you step straight onto the High Street for shops/cafés/high-end charity shops.
We've dined here before and the food is 'above average' for Brit pub grub. Breakfast had a couple of decent alternatives from the standard 'full' and if they could just find a way making toast for the guests, I'd give them a '9'.
