Clean, good decor on exterior. Kitchen facilities provided. Great location with Hyde park, multiple grocery stores and trains /buses just steps away. Outdoor patio on every floor seemed lovely but weather was too cold for us to enjoy.

I had a small single room and it was comfortable with a pretty view of the park across the street. They honored my request for a room on a lower floor.
The breakfast is simple but good.
There was a table fan in the room that I did use. That was a nice touch.
I love the location. It was so easy to get around with multiple tube stations nearby.
