This charming hotel in the lovely village of Ramsden has everything you need for a great stay. The room was comfortable with a great view of the village and soaking tub. The lively pub and restaurant downstairs are the local gathering place and the food was exceptional. The breakfast is everything you could want and the hotel staff are fabulous. Small room but beautiful room. Breakfast was excellent. Wasn’t so keen about dinner thought it was too expensive . Staff good . Beautiful village. Beautiful pub. Eco friendly. Very pleaseant stay on a Sunday night of an Easter weekend, staying on a Sunday night .. owner and staff obviously very tired, after serving a busy Easter Sunday lunch, (which must be one of their busiest services with local lamb) ... but all the staff we met were all very pleaseant.
