We found everything about the Masons Arms to be exceptional. The property is well maintained and is located on a quiet street in a small village, which the setting allowed us to relax and enjoy the overall experience. The room was very well appointed, with a very comfortable bed and large en-suite. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was both very delightful.
Featuring sea views, The Mariners Hotel is nestled in the heart of Lyme Regis. Dating back to the 17th century, this former coaching inn has a large private garden and rooms with free WiFi access.

Breakfast and location were perfect.
There were no foldable luggage racks so we had to put suitcases on bed or floor. But the clean towels were stored on the bed. Odd

Beautiful bed and breakfast in convenient town centre location. The room was very pretty and quite spacious for a small double, which is what we had paid for. Lovely toiletries were provided and a good selection of tea and coffee to make in the room. There was a fridge on the landing area with a bottle of milk inside for each room and we also put a bottle of wine in there. There was also an iron and ironing board and also board games for the guests to borrow. Breakfast waqs delicious and the two staff members we met were very friendly and helpful.
Rousdon is a very small pretty village. We walked down to the private beach it wasn’t the easiest walk but we took our 2 month old in a carrier it was quite steep and narrow in places but managed it.
There isn’t really anything else in Rousdon so we had to go to Lyme Regis for shops/beach which is a 5/10 minute drive.

We loved this private Estate beautiful gardens and views over Devon/ Dorset. Private beach sheep in fields, lots of wildlife gorgeous. beaches all only a few miles away. Nice fish and chips as a take out in Lyme. Tesco and Coop Chemist Bakers lots of shops very quirky town, not easy to drive around, best to park and walk.
