Hotel is very dated, and the decor is mismatched or incomplete in places, rooms definitely need sorting, staff friendly enough, we only had the cooked breakfast which was good

A lovely place to stay, very clean and tidy, no dog poop found anywhere or litter. A lot of the shops were disabled friendly and I could gain access easily in my mobility scooter. Loved walking along the promenade with our little French and everyone was so friendly. So many benches to sit on along the promenade and even outside the main shopping area. Very well looked after place and a pleasure to visit since we discovered Saint Anne's last year after a short stay in Blackpool. Sorry Blackpool but now we have discovered Saint Annes, we will never stay in Blackpool again.

Easy going town and people, just a pity there's so many charity shops.lots of cafes and bars to choose from great for beach life and walks. Beautiful park (Ashton gardens) flower beds monuments cafe play area lots of outdoor seating just at the end of a road so easy to walk to just before the main gates is a antique shop worth a wonder through

    A very quiet place.

A very quiet place. In fine weather, there is a lovely walk along the front to Lytham and the windmill I would recommend. St Annes has a nice beach but the sea is far out. There are quite a few nice restaurants on the Square or just off it - Thai, Greek, Indian, Italian - we went to one on the main street and also a Turkish restaurant and Toby (all you-can-eat-breakfast £5 before 11am) on the seafront. There are also two real ale microbars - No 10 and Cask and Keg - in town. The Ashton Gardens are well worth a look and the Pavilion Cafe is lovely. The Peace and Happiness Garden next to the Pier has a statue of late St Annes resident, comedian Les Dawson, for fans. However the Pier isn't worth a look unless you like amusements as you cannot actually walk on it!

Clean and flat for walking just the right amount of hustle and bustle but near enough to Blackpool if you want more. We had a visit to lytham hall and gardens which is run by volunteers. It was owned by the Clifton family as was most of lytham. Nice woodland walks followed by afternoon tea . Worth giving them your support especially on a nice day.

Great for families, after a long day out little ones are safely tucked up in bed while the parents can enjoy the summer nights in the garden. Better than staying in a hotel, it was like home from home. Host was brilliant, always a text away if needed also a very nice touch leaving some presents on arrival

Having sold my home I needed something home from home. After staying in a few other hotels, this villa was everything and more.
