The location was great to the Alexander theatre and to where we had booked a meal. Room was lovely, spacious and clean. No noise at night but we were on the top floor.

I needed a place to stay after an event in Birmingham. I was traveling with two children so wanted to avoid city centre hotels on a busy Saturday night. Crowne Plaza NEC/Resorts World was easy to get to and we were able to park right outside. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel is modern and smart. Our room felt a little dated in comparison but it was quiet and fine as a base. Birmingham International train station was a 10min walk away. Breakfast was a pretty standard hotel buffet. The cooked food was nice and hot, and kids had plenty to choose from.
