Incredible staff. Felt like royalty staying here. Assumed this was a mediocre stay and was completely overwhelmed by lovely refurbishment with stunning loch side view, staff that went above and beyond and were hugely passionate about their beautiful boutiquey hotel, and ate some of the finest food I've ever had in a hotel. 20 out of 10!

Very comfortable , self catering with everything provided. A country location so just a pub a minutes walk away. Hannah was very friendly and helpful. The room exceeded our expectations, don't think the photos did it justice . It was new and very modern.

I had been out on the hills in Torridon and due to poor weather on the hills I arrived about 2 hours after the time I had previously indicated on my booking. When I checked in I said that I assumed that I was too late for dinner and was told that the chef could do me a meat and cheese platter in the bar. The meal was excellent.
At check in I explained that I needed to leave as soon as soon as possible after breakfast. At breakfast it was the same lady that had been at reception the previous evening and she did an excellent job in providing my breakfast as quickly as possible.
The location is stunning and I will return again for a family visit.

Brilliant apartment with everything you could possibly need. Very homely, it was a nice touch to even have a Christmas tree due to the time of year. Host was very accommodating to my late arrival and early departure (work commitments) and even pre het the apartment for me coming. Would 100% stay again if I was in the area.
